FEMA Funds Community Engagement for COVID-19 Vaccinations
In response to the surge in Delta variant cases, FEMA will hold a webinar on July 28 to explain funding for state, local, tribal, and territorial governments in the fight against COVID-19.

FEMA is supporting state, local, tribal and territorial governments by reimbursing eligible expenses related to the administration of COVID-19 vaccinations. FEMA’s Public Assistance program provides reimbursement for community engagement and information dissemination to promote vaccination availability, scheduling, and accessibility, as well as reimbursement for activities to increase public confidence in and uptake of COVID-19 vaccines.
In addition, FEMA will host another webinar for tribal representatives on Aug. 3, 2021 from 2 – 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Please register today.
