FEMA’s Public Assistance Program is seeking public feedback on a draft policy will establish Public Assistance programmatic and implementation deadlines across all COVID-19 emergency and major disaster declarations and describes application of the 100% cost share through July 1, 2022, and 90% federal cost share effective July 2, 2022.

A Disaster Recovery Center is now open at the Eastern New Mexico University to help New Mexico residents affected by the ongoing wildfires. Residents can get help with their disaster assistance applications, upload documents and get questions answered about federal disaster assistance.
