Mr. Meshell has previously served as the National Preparedness Division Director. He has previously held roles in Preparedness. Mr. Meshell service as a firefighter and Assistant Fire Marshall for nearly 20 years. Mr. Meshell is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Cameron University.
