The Field Leadership Directorate, within the Office of Response and Recovery at FEMA, is searching for experienced disaster management leaders for the launch of a new National Incident Management Assistance Team (IMAT) focused on Homeland Security Incidents. This team will be tasked with responding to incidents that fall outside of the authorities of the Stafford Act but require a coordinated federal or DHS response.

COVID Response: Personal Protective Equipment Arrives for Hawaii CNMI Guam and American Samoa
HILO, Hawaii (March 31, 2020) — A shipment of medical personal protective equipment (PPE) is received from the Strategic National Stockpile for distribution throughout Hawaii, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. FEMA works with the state of Hawaii, CNMI, Guam and American Samoa to distribute the equipment to medical personnel caring for coronavirus patients.
