This Information Bulletin (IB) modifies the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) application submission requirements contained in the FY 2020 HSGP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) released on February 14, 2020. It also announces final allocations for the FY 2020 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) and the FY 2020 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI). FEMA acknowledges that state, local, tribal and territorial partners have reprioritized scarce resources to the COVID-19 pandemic response, reducing their ability to comply with existing application submission requirements before the application deadline on April 30, 2020.
