The Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Intercity Bus Security Grant Program (IBSGP) is one of four grant programs that constitute the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) focus on transportation infrastructure security activities.
