Grants Management Toolkit

The below resources for the Grants Management Toolkit are provided by various DHS/FEMA grant recipients, including State Administrative Agencies (SAAs), Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI), Port Security agencies and Transit Security agencies.

Homeland Security Grant Administrators have agreed to share these promising practices with their colleagues to support the administration and management of grant programs.

If you would like to receive more direct, specialized services or training from the Grants Management Technical Assistance Program, please complete and sign the request form below, indicating the level of assistance requested. This form must be signed by the prime recipient of FEMA Federal financial assistance. Subrecipients must submit the request form to their passthrough entity for concurrence, signature, and submission to the GMTA Program.
