Risk Mapping, Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP)

Risk Mapping, Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP) is a national FEMA program that works with states, tribes, territories and local communities to evaluate and better understand their current flood risk, as well as the actions that can be taken to mitigate and become more resilient against future risk.

Since joining FEMA in 1996, Mr. Fenton has played a significant role in numerous large-scale response and recovery operations in the U.S. He has worked in various executive leadership roles at FEMA headquarters and was appointed the Region 9 administrator in July 2015.

For over 30 years, Ms. Littrell has held leadership positions in over 50 federally declared disasters. Most recently, she served as acting Region 8 administrator and acting Region 2 deputy administrator.
