The Public Assistance Policy Digest is intended to be an easy-to-read, easy-to-use, brief summary of the basic policies that govern the PA Program. It was superseded by the PAPPG on January 1, 2016.

FEMA 323 PA Applicant Handbook [ARCHIVED]

FEMA 325 PA Debris Management Plan Guide [ARCHIVED]
