FEMA provides reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of employees and job applicants and address barriers caused by disabilities or functional limitations.

No FEAR Act
The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act (No FEAR Act) requires each federal agency — include FEMA — to provide written notification of the rights and protections available to federal employees, former federal employees, and applicants for federal employment under federal anti-discrimination and whistleblower laws.
Anti-Harassment Program
We are committed to providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Consequently, FEMA prohibits harassment even if it does not rise to the level of harassment that violates the law
