FEMA Helpline to Remain Open During Presidents’ Day

GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico – FEMA’s Helpline will remain open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. during Presidents’ Day on Monday, Feb. 18.

 

Disaster survivors whose homes were affected by hurricanes Irma and María can get updates on their applications, learn about the appeals process or check the status of their claims by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-FEMA (3362). For Spanish press 2. People who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability and use a TDD may call 800-462-7585.

Toll-free numbers are open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Disaster survivors may also get help by logging into their accounts at DisasterAssistance.gov.
