Napa, CA, August 30, 2014 – Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dogs Ministry provides canine relief for residents at the Napa Valley Mobile Home Park in the City of Napa, California, which was struck by a 6.0 earthquake at 3:20 a.m. on August 24, 2014. At least 125 structures were tagged “RED” by inspectors as "unsafe" to enter in the City of Napa after the earthquake.
