Using fans in a sealed room?

The purpose of shutting off your home's furnace, air conditioning and fans is to reduce the airflow from the outside to the inside of your home. Operating a fan within a sealed room will not bring air inside and, as such, can be used. Take precautions though, so that the fan does not affect the seals that prevent air from entering the room.
