This webinar will cover the basics of construction cost estimates for common Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) program project types. The goal of the session is to provide a general understanding of the principles of reviewing cost estimates for HMA projects throughout the grant lifecycle and for determining “reasonable costs” as part of each grant application review.

The webinar format will include an in-depth presentation from our speakers followed by a Q&A panel discussion.
