These trainings cover a variety of topics related to the Build America, Buy America Act, including roles and responsibilities, compliance requirements, covered products, waivers and more.
This training is appropriate for FEMA award recipients and subrecipients, including:
- State, local, tribal, and territorial government personnel
- Nonprofit organization staff
- Eligible private entities, such as engineering and construction contractors
- Anyone else interested in the BABAA requirements
