State, Federal Disaster Dollars Help Hyde County Schools

 

RALEIGH, N.C. –Disaster assistance funding from the State of North Carolina and FEMA has been approved to help Hyde County Schools as a result of Hurricane Dorian.

 

Hyde County Public Schools was approved for more than $1.6 million to reimburse hurricane-related expenses. The reimbursement includes mold remediation at Ocracoke School following flooding.
