A general overview of the Appeals Process for the Public Assistance Program may be downloaded from the link below. The Public Assistance Program is a FEMA program activated following a Stafford Act Disaster Declaration. Recipients and sub-recipients are given two opportunities to appeal any determination made on their application or provision of assistance.
