Seismic Resistance

A jurisdiction is seismic resistant if it has high seismic risk and has the 2018 or later IBC without weakening of any of the seismic provisions, or the jurisdiction has residential high seismic risk and has the 2018 or later IRC without weakening of any of the seismic provisions.
