This webinar is intended to outline important information on the FP&S program, what is new for 2022, program priorities, eligible costs, how to navigate the grant application, and tips for preparing a FP&S Activity application.

FEMA Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) invites all HSGP stakeholders (inclusive of the State Homeland Security Program, Urban Area Security Initiative, and Operation Stonegarden) to participate in the technical assistance webinar. 

FEMA’s Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) is offering a series of one-hour trainings on the federal procurement rules applicable to recipients and subrecipients purchasing under a FEMA grant award. These virtual trainings will be facilitated by GPD’s Procurement Disaster Assistance Team (PDAT).

FEMA will provide an overview of the Proposed Action and the environmental issues that FEMA should consider in the Environmental Impact Statement. The public will have the opportunity to submit public comments.

FEMA’s Grant Programs Directorate (GPD) is offering a training introducing grant recipients and subrecipients to the purpose and organization of the grants management regulations detailed in Title 2 Part 200 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 C.F.R. 200).
