El Programa de Individuos y Familias (IHP, por sus siglas en inglés) de FEMA proporciona asistencia económica y servicios directos a personas y familias elegibles afectadas por un desastre que tienen gastos necesarios y necesidades graves sin seguro o sin suficiente cobertura de seguro.

As part of its commitment to helping make communities stronger and more resilient, FEMA provides assistance to eligible homeowners affected by a disaster to help repair or rebuild stronger, more durable homes.

The Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) program is available to state, tribal, and territorial (STT) governments during certain disaster declarations and it provides unemployment benefits and reemployment services to individuals who became unemployed as a direct result of the declared incident and who are not eligible for regular state unemployment insurance.
