The Federal Emergency Management Agency plans to host an in-person Open House meetings on January 18, 2023, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM CT. The open house will introduce Madison County residents to their updated flood maps.
At the open house, attendees will have a chance to:
- Hear from flood insurance professionals and state and local officials about what updated flood maps mean for their community.
- Search and review the preliminary Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report and Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for Madison County here.
- See their property and its risk on the preliminary FIRM.
- Get answers to questions about the maps, the mapping process and flood insurance.
