Interested persons are hereby notified that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to assist in funding a project located in Salt Lake City, Utah. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other Federal laws, regulations, and Executive Orders; and our policies for compliance and implementing regulations of FEMA, a draft EA has been published. The purpose of this draft EA is to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project and alternatives, including a no action alternative.
Anyone interested in providing comment on the draft EA may respond as noted below before April 1, 2024. Be sure to provide your name and contact information along with your comments.
If no substantive comments are received, the draft EA will become final and be presented for signature to the signatory parties.
