ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of Texas, (FEMA-1356-DR), dated January 8, 2001, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State of Texas is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of January 8, 2001: Armstrong, Bailey, Deaf Smith, Hall, Hemphill, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, and Randall Counties for Public Assistance.
