FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center in Jasper County is extended until Friday, July 26 and a DRC opens in Pottawattamie County on Monday, July 22.
New flood maps have been finalized and will become effective on Jan. 17, 2025, for Hays County, Texas. During the next six months, a FEMA compliance specialist will work with the community to update each floodplain ordinance and adopt these new flood maps.
