Moonachie, N.J., Nov. 17, 2012 -- A sign outside the Moonachie First Aid and Rescue Station proclaims that even after Hurricane Sandy caused the station to be flooded out, emergency personnel will not be stopped from carrying out their duties. FEMA is working in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and local officials in an effort to assist residents and businesses that were impacted by Hurricane Sandy.
