MERRIMACK, N.H. - Approximately one month after the presidential disaster declaration, more than $2.7 million in state and federal disaster aid has been approved to help the residents and business owners in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts recover from losses resulting from the severe storms and flooding on October.
MERRIMACK, N.H. - Due to the upcoming expected snowfall, Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC)s in Brockton and Worcester will discontinue operations today, not at 5 p.m. on Friday December 9, as originally scheduled, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today. The Brockton DRC will close at 5 p.m. and the Worcester DRC will close at 6 p.m. today.

Permanent Work (Categories C-G): Work that is required to restore a damaged facility, through repair or restoration, to its pre-disaster design, function, and capacity in accordance with applicable codes and standards
