ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Minnesota, (FEMA-1370-DR), dated May 16, 2001, and related determinations. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Minnesota is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of May 16, 2001: Mower, Olmsted, and Rice Counties for Individual Assistance. Aitkin, Carlton, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Otter Tail, Pine, Sibley, Stearns, and Wright Counties for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance.
