JONES COUNTY DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER TO CLOSE [https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20250423/jones-county-disaster-recovery-center-close] RALEIGH, N.C. – The Jones County disaster recovery center located in Trenton will close permanently at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21.   The Jones County center is located at:   County Civic Center 794 Hwy 58 South Trenton, N.C. 28585 Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday, through Nov. 21 Closing Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m.   Individuals and businesses in counties included in the North Carolina federal disaster declaration for Hurricane Florence may still register for assistance by:   * Calling the disaster assistance helpline at 800-621-3362 or 800-462-7585 (TTY) anytime from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time seven days a week until further notice. Multilingual operators are available. You can also update your contact information, ask questions about a letter from FEMA, get information about FEMA home inspections, or learn how to appeal a FEMA decision. * Going online to DisasterAssistance.gov [https://www.disasterassistance.gov/] or DisasterAssistance.gov in Spanish [https://www.disasterassistance.gov/es]. * Downloading the FEMA mobile app [https://www.fema.gov/mobile-app] or FEMA mobile app in Spanish [https://www.fema.gov/es/aplicacion]. * Downloading the ReadyNC app [https://readync.org/EN/DOWNLOADAPP.html].
