But seven mobile DRCs are opening in new locations in the coming week, starting today, July 18, to help survivors of the severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes and flooding that occurred from May 7 to June 9, 2019 in Oklahoma.   The following DRCs will cease operations at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 20:   Creek County Creek County Commissioners Ballroom 317 E. Lee Ave. Sapulpa, OK 74066   Payne County Stillwater Community Center  315 W. Eighth St. Stillwater, OK 74074   The state/federal Mobile DRCs that are opening allow state and local officials to reach as many affected areas and survivors as possible. The centers offer in-person support to Oklahoma homeowners, renters and business owners who sustained damage or losses during the storms and flooding.   Recovery specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) will be at the centers to talk about assistance and to help anyone who needs guidance in filing an application.   Mobile DRCs will be opening at the following locations (see different opening and closing dates below each address).
