Mr. Caetano was most recently the Region 2 External Affairs Division Director. He has previously served as a Public Affairs Specialist with the Drug Enforcement Administration and served 20 years of active service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Caetano has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
