Cooperating Technical Partners
FEMA employees and partners can now manage all of their accounts for FEMA's risk analysis tools with a single login.
The Risk Analysis Management (RAM) Access Portal (sometimes referred to as the "RAM Access Portal," or RAP) provides a secure, single-sign-on (SSO) capability for users to create and manage application account access and role permissions in one location.
The RAM Access Portal is not intended for public use. FEMA employees and partners (contractors, Cooperating Technical Partners and interagency users) requiring access to Risk Analysis Management (RAM) system applications may register.
Visit the RAM Access Portal to register for your account and learn more.
Applications Using Single Sign On
Below are the Risk Analysis Management (RAM) System applications currently accepting the RAM Access Portal (RAP) single sign on.
Mitigation Planning Portal (MPP)
The Mitigation Planning Portal (MPP) is an online platform for tracking and reporting mitigation plans and related data elements across all ten FEMA regions.
The full integration of RAM applications and the RAM Access Portal will not be complete until the end of 2022. All access requests must still be completed through the RAM Access Portal. However, the SSO feature will only be initially available for P4 and MPP.
The following applications will be integrated by the end of the year: CFAS, FHD, MIP, and SharePoint. Once integrated, users will be able to sign-in to the applications via RAM Access Portal.
Visit the RAM Access Portal for a full catalog of applications for which access requests can be submitted.
