This pw reimburses the eligible applicant repair/replacement ofall electricaVmechanical systems and for the replacement of all doors, wallboard, decking, flooring, lighting, roofing/components, siding, ceiling tile, and lavatory components. Cleaning work is also associated with this pw. The new building material will be replaced according to codes and standards upgrades. All work will be performed in a previously disturbed area with no indication of nearby waterways or other bodies of water. This project has conditions and requires mitigation under the other Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) laws which are listed under the NEPA level of environmental review in the project worksheet.
