elevation ofthe transformer/switch gear and fencing replacement. Upon consultation of SHPO data, there are no known 
archaeological sites within .25 miles ofthe project area. Therefore scope ofwork meets Programmatic Agreement 
(121312004) Allowances, Appendix A, Section I, A and E. Ifduring the course ofwork, archaeological artifacts (prehistoric 
or historic) or human remains are discovered, the applicant shall stop work in the vicinity ofthe discovery and take all 
reasonable measures to avoid or minimize harm to the fmds. The applicant shall inform their Public Assistance (PA)
