Table 3 and Appendix C of the FY 2008 Port Security Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit lists eligible ferry systems. Under the port area of Los Angeles/Long Beach, the Catalina Passenger Ferry System is incorrectly listed as an eligible ferry system. The proper eligible ferry system is “Catalina Express.” Under the port area of Providence, Rhode Island, “Martha's Vineyard Ferry” is incorrectly listed as an eligible ferry system. The proper name for the eligible ferry system is “Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority.” For specific guidance on FY 2008 PSGP ferry system application requirements, applicants should refer to Appendix C of the FY 2008 Port Security Grant Program Guidance and Application Kit.
