Fiscal Year (FY) 2006 Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP) 
National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) requirement 

The Office of Grants and Training (G&T) would like to remind SAA offices and Fiscal 
Year (FY) 2006 TSGP Tier 2 sub-grantees of the requirement to submit the NEPA 
questionnaire found in Appendix F of the FY2006 TSGP guidance for all TSGP projects. 
Tier 1 subgrantees are similarly reminded to submit the NEPA questionnaire once their 
projects are approved. Separate questionnaires are required for each approved project. 

The receipt, review, and approval of these documents will allow G&T to proceed with an 
appropriate Grant Adjustment Notice (GAN) allowing the draw down of funds.
