This page provides information about the Mission Support Division.
The Mission Support Division has over 30 full-time employees who provide assistance to the entire regional workforce. We are committed to providing efficient, effective, and timely service.
The Mission Support Division is responsible for delivering start-to-finish business solutions and customer-focused services to the regional office and disaster staff in support of FEMA's mission.
To more effectively support these business operations, our division is organized into separate branches and sections for administrative, facilities, logistics, and information technology support.
Administrative Support (Administrative Services Branch)
Our staff includes specialists in areas such as contracting, hiring, staffing, and record-keeping.
The Administrative Services Branch provides the essential functions of managing human resources, acquisition operations, records management, employee development, and other administrative services for the region and disaster site operations.
Logistics and Facilities Support
Our staff includes individuals serving in areas such as facility management and lease management, mail program management, parcel shipping/receiving, equipment and property management, and safety and supply services.
Technology Support (Information Technology Branch)
Our team of technology experts consists of individuals with various backgrounds and skill-sets, whose combined goal is to provide timely technical assistance to employees within the region and at disaster sites.
The mission of the IT Branch is to maintain and support hardware, software and network resources, and increase efficiency and productivity as we strive to support employees and the technology tools they use every day.
External partners who provide support and assistance to FEMA can request access to FEMA resources via the FEMA Electronic Interconnection Security Agreement (eISA) website. This tool enables assistance partners from all levels of government, emergency managers, and planners to request access to FEMA resources to assist in response and recovery efforts.
State users and contractors with login accounts can access work resources targeted to their program area by signing-in to the portal site via the following link:
For technical issues related to access for these external partner resources, contact the FEMA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD). They can be reached by email, at HLPFEMAFEMA-Enterprise-Service-Desk@fema.dhs.gov, or by calling 1-888-457-3362.
