Roberto L. Hylton is the Director of the Office of Law Enforcement Engagement and Integration for FEMA. Hylton’s previous assignments have included Assistant Chief of Police for Operations, Chief of Investigations/Chief of Detectives Bureau, Chief of Support Services Bureau, Chief of Administration Bureau, Chief Special Operations Division, Chief Technical Services Division, Homeland Security Division, and Narcotic Enforcement Division. Hylton served as Police Chief for Prince George’s County, Maryland from 2008 to 2011. His policing repertoire incorporated the use of Fusion Centers, Management Accountability-COMPSTAT Process, Community Response Teams, intelligence driven policing, and technology to aid in the daily delivery of policing services. Hylton is also a U.S. Army and Marine Corps veteran.
