MOBILE DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER TO EXTEND IN FROMBERG [https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20220811/mobile-disaster-recovery-center-extend-fromberg] HELENA, MONT. – Thanks to a collaborative effort between The State of Montana and The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) the Mobile Disaster Recovery Center (MDRC) at Fromberg Methodist Church in Carbon County will be extending its operating days until AUGUST 20, 2022. The MDRC is located at 14 Montana Ave. Fromberg, MT 59029. Hours of operation through Saturday, August 13 are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will change beginning Monday, August 15. New hours will be Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, August 20, will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, August 18 the DRC will close early and will only be operational between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The DRC currently located at Roosevelt High School in Red lodge will close AUGUST 12TH. Please continue to check the DRC webpage for updates on DRC hours of operation and any location changes. Survivors of June’s flooding and severe storms can still apply for FEMA assistance by phone online or mobile app. Survivors can also still apply in person at the Disaster Recovery Centers in Yellowstone County.
