BATON ROUGE, LA.– The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)/Appeal Center
in Alexandria will permanently close at 5 p.m. Dec. 29.

 

The center is at:

 

Rapides Coliseum

5600 Coliseum Blvd

Alexandria, LA 71303
 

Other Appeal Centers in Louisiana remain open. They all have an
outdoor sitting area to allow safe COVID-19 compliant discussions with
FEMA staff. Masks or face coverings are required for everyone.
Survivors can ask about the appeals process, discuss documentation
requirements and get help with filing an appeal.

No appointments are necessary. Centers are open Monday through Friday;
hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
closed Sundays.

 

Louisiana hurricane survivors may visit any other DRC in the state. To
