PHOTOS OF WHOLE-OF-AMERICA COVID-19 RESPONSE VOLUME 21 [https://www.fema.gov/news-release/20200417/photos-whole-america-covid-19-response] Release Date: April 17, 2020 WASHINGTON — The whole-of-America response to fighting the COVID-19 pandemic continued worldwide today, as National Guardsmen from Guam to Connecticut provided support, working on alternate care facility plans and drive-thru testing sites.  Active duty military members and U.S. postal workers continued their COVID-19 response efforts as well. FEMA continues to expedite movement of commercially pre-sourced and commercially procured critical supplies from the global market to medical distributors in various locations across the U.S. through Project Airbridge. As of April 17, 55 flights have been completed to expedite movement of both private sector distributor-procured supplies (Project Airbridge) and federal government-procured supplies. An additional 45-plus flights are scheduled.
