DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER IN JUNCOS CHANGES LOCATIONS [https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20250602/disaster-recovery-center-juncos-changes-locations] Release Date: June 22, 2018 GUAYNABO, Puerto Rico – The disaster recovery center in Juncos will change locations beginning Monday, June 25. The old location closed Wednesday. The recovery center will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, June 25, at the following location:   Antiguo Colegio Corazón de María PR-935 km 1.1 Bo. Ceiba Norte Juncos, PR  00777   Operating hours will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. The centers are operated jointly by the government of Puerto Rico and FEMA. Disaster survivors who were affected by hurricanes Irma and Maria can get updates about their applications, learn about the appeals process or check the status of their claims if they: * Log into their account at DisasterAssistance.gov [http://www.disasterassistance.gov/]. * Call the FEMA helpline at 800-621-FEMA (3362); for Spanish press 2. Persons who use TTY may call 800-462-7585. Toll-free numbers are open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. * Visit any disaster recovery center. Recovery officials encourage Irma and María survivors who registered for disaster assistance with FEMA to stay in touch.
