Description
This dataset contains FEMA applicant-level data for the Individuals and Households Program (IHP). Individual Assistance Repetitive Loss is residential property that has received flood damage in at least 2 different Federally declared flooding events. Damage is determined based on the high water mark (HWM). All PII information has been removed. The location is represented by Latitude and Longitude to one decimal in North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83). This dataset contains IA applications from DR1439 (declared in 2002) to those declared over 30 days ago.
A row will appear for each property impacted in a Federally declared disaster. There is not a way to aggregate by property. Total high risk properties can be calculated by counting the total records or total for a given disaster.
This is raw, unedited data that may be subject to a small percentage of human error. This dataset is not intended to be an official federal report and should not be considered an official federal report.
