Agoura Hills Disaster Recovery Center Transitioning to Disaster Loan Outreach Center

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation in Los Angeles County will transition to a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) this week.

The DRC will cease operations at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 at the Hilton Foundation site located at 30440 Agoura Rd. in Agoura Hills.

An SBA DLOC will open at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation WESTLAKE CAMPUS, Suite #116, 1 Dole Dr., Westlake Village, CA 91362 at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 1.

Hours of operation for the DLOC will be:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed weekends. No appointment is necessary.

SBA customer service representatives will be at the DLOC to meet with business owners and residents to answer their questions, explain SBA’s disaster loan program and close their approved disaster loans.

The deadline to register for disaster assistance is Jan. 31. Wildfire survivors are encouraged to file insurance claims for damages to their homes, cars and businesses before applying for FEMA assistance. Survivors can register with FEMA online at DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362 (TTY 800-462-7585). Multi-lingual operators are available. The toll-free numbers are open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (PST).
