ST CROIX, V.I. -- In cooperation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), a special post-flood workshop will be conducted on December 15, 1999 at the Florence Williams Library, 4950 Kings Street, Christiansted from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. The workshop is sponsored by the Lieutenant Governor's Division of Banks & Insurance.
This meeting is designed to benefit insurance producers, lenders, compliance officers, loan processing and servicing personnel, surveyors, community officials and others with an interest in the NFIP. The purpose is to help assist in meeting the needs of clients while complying with the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994. Some of the topics covered include:
