WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Heavy snows, up to three feet in some areas, hit parts of Wyoming beginning yesterday morning. Local officials report the storm caused power outages in Dubois, Wyo. (Fremont County) but power has now been restored.

Eight injuries resulted from an incident involving a senior citizen bus. The Wyoming Emergency Management Agency is monitoring the situation and FEMA's regional office in Denver (Region VIII) is in contact with Wyoming officials.
