Survivors of the Souris/Mouse River flooding in North Dakota in 2011 have been placed in temporary housing units provided by FEMA. During the time that families are using these manufactured homes, FEMA housing specialists perform a recertification interview with the families to ensure they are taking steps towards a permanent housing solution. The process is explained in this video.
