Eagle, Alaska, Aug. 8, 2013 -- A salmon wheel sits on the Yukon River bank after it was destroyed due to the recent flooding disaster. Salmon Wheels are a necessary tool for the subsistence living residents in the upper Yukon and FEMA provides Other Needs Assistance (ONA) in the form of grants to those who are eligible for federal assistance.
