FEMA contractors signing off on a mobile home installation in California

Delzura, Calif., December 8, 2007 -- After inspecting the mobile home, Mark Ares, left, of CH2M Hill, Inc., signs paperwork signifying that Don Keller and his team from Babcock Services, Inc., right, have completed the contracting work necessary to prepare it for occupancy. FEMA workers will decide whether the work has been completed to their satisfaction, and once it is a family will be able to sign an occupancy agreement allowing them to use the mobile home as a temporarily residence while they rebuild. The couple lost their home during the wildfires in October. Amanda Bicknell/FEMA
