FEMA Region III Organizational Chart

This is a hierarchical chart of FEMA Region III's organization, starting with the Regional Administrator and Deputy Regional Administrator. From the right of the Regional Administrator is the Defense Coordinating Element (DCE). On the left and just under the Deputy Regional Administrator is the Federal Cooordinating Officer (FCO) Cadre, the Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC), and the West Virginia Recovery Office Director. On the right and just under the Deputy Regional Administrator, is Regional Counsel, External Affairs, Budget and Policy, and the Chief of Staff. Under the Deputy Regional Administrator are the six Divisions in FEMA Region III: the National Preparedness Division; Recovery Division; Response Division; Grants Division; Mitigation Division; and Mission Support Division, and their respective branches and components. Under the National Preparedness Division are the Preparedness Branch and the Technological Hazards Branch. In the Recovery Division, we have the Individual Assistance Branch, the Public Assistance Branch, and the Central Processing Center. Under the Response Division, we have the Operational Planning Branch, the Logistics Branch, the Incident Management Assistance Team (IMAT), the Operations Integration Branch, and the Regional Response Coordination Center. In the Grants Division are two branches: the Program Branch and the Business Branch. Under the Mitigation Division is the Risk Analysis Branch, the Floodplain Management and Insurance Branch, the Hazard Mitigation Assistance Branch, and Environmental and Historic Preservation. Lastly, under the Mission Support Division reside the Information Technology Branch and Administrative Services Branch.
