Puerto Rico Contractor Begins Recycling Excess Water Bottles

Ceiba, Puerto Rico, December 4, 2018 - Contractor begins safely disposing 20 million liters of surplus water that FEMA brought to Puerto Rico during the response to hurricanes Irma and María.
